I'm confident this design will work for around $100 because many aftermarket air flow knobs share the same dimensions. I deliberately created a slightly undersized hole due to my 3D printer's tolerances, so you may need to enlarge it if it doesn't fit perfectly. Otherwise, printing with no supports and standard print settings should be sufficient.
