Fits in place of the stock bezel. There there three options: blank, one hole, and two hole. The holes are designed to accommodate the inexpensive 12V sockets or USB ports that you can find on eBay or Aliexpress. On my car I printed the two-hole variant but the passenger-side hole where I placed the USB ports has a minor clearance issue that I haven't yet resolved. It works, but does not sit flush. You should print out using a heat-tolerant plastic such as ABS (best) or PETG (good, but might still melt in the summer). I printed out in PETG and have not had an issue, but I live in a climate with mild summers.
