Pongo pygmaeus is a orangutan species discovered by Linnaeus in 1760. Orangutans from Borneo are known as orangután de Borneo or Bornean Orangutans. MZB 2001-0286 is the catalog number for this specimen, described as scaphoid or escafoide with an escafoide shape. This adult male orangutan was found at the Zoo in Barcelona, Spain on November 6th, 2001.
