This is a versatile adapter specifically crafted to join IKEA LACK system legs seamlessly. By using this adapter, you can effortlessly lengthen the legs of your tables or shelves as needed. A visual example of its application is shown in the accompanying images. Two LACK tables have been cleverly combined to form a 3D printer table with a lower storage shelf and a spacious work surface for the printer. To successfully integrate this adapter into your LACK system, you must first carefully trim one end off both legs intended for connection. The ends of these legs feature a small pressed sawdust block that must be removed in order to accommodate the adapter smoothly. I strongly recommend cutting off the lower end, as it is not designed to support any weight or screws. This compact block measures approximately 10 millimeters in thickness.
