To accommodate a bigger hose, I increased my pond pump's outflow port ID from 12mm to 25mm in OpenSCAD. Customize the diameters based on your setup. For printing on a Replicator 1 with ABS filament, use 100% infill, 0.2mm layer thickness, 120mm/s feed rate and a raft. Print the larger diameter part flush to the build plate. The Mk II version has an extended end and three large barbs.
