Pomona was a powerful deity of lush abundance in ancient Roman mythology. Derived from the Latin word "pomum," Pomona specifically referred to fruit, particularly that which grew in orchards. As a nature spirit, she was believed to inhabit the woods. This remarkable object is part of "Scan The World", an innovative non-profit project initiated by MyMiniFactory.
