I disassembled the mini Vader model from itech3dp (https://www.thingiverse.com/itech3dp/designs) and customized my car's horn, a Fiat Multipla, which has now turned to the dark side of the force. I don't know if this will work for other cars, but I also uploaded the head file: you'll need two measurements from your shift rod to shape the tube under the head slightly tilted. By the way, if you have a Multipla, the horn is not threaded; it's simply pulled upwards; I'm a brave animal and I destroyed the original horn so I can't use it anymore!
