The idea was born from the need of friends in the SUP section of Club Naútico Zaragoza to use a readily available and prepared ergometer initially designed for rowing and canoeing, simultaneously as a training method for SUP. ***Easy to install and remove*** ***Durable and long-lasting*** ***Customizable*** The ergometer in question is this one http://www.kayakpro.com/kpc/. The diameter of the rowing tube with an integrated tube is 29mm. A wooden platform has been added to it, allowing simulating the position on top of a SUP board.
