For a door with a hole of 20mm in diameter and a thickness of 40mm, this is a door handle. The male thread screws onto the female and you save the screws. If it doesn't fit at first, try printing the female at 105% or lubricating before threading it. DON'T PUT SUPPORTS EVERYWHERE. You can only put the male with the ball in the base to print and place support there. If you put it everywhere, you'll have to clean it by hand. The files are from Autodesk Fusion 360 if you need to change any size. AS ALWAYS WITH THE THREADS, Print the male first, then print the female for only 5mm, see if it threads and if so, print entirely. If not, resize.
