Polystyrene POKEBALL case

Polystyrene POKEBALL case

This is a simple button for my Pokémon case, crafted mainly out of polystyrene. The 3D printed button is still a work in progress and doesn't feature any locking system for the case; it's purely for show. You can see me working on it here: https://youtu.be/RlaMNROyDVw, as well as here: https://youtu.be/u-CZI5twvIo. I've included the sketch, foam rings files, and 3D button so you can create one yourself. The video is just the first part of the build process; I'm still working on finishing the box. If you like the video, consider subscribing to my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSpJMPIRwL-ot-khIys5uiQ) as I'll be creating more content using CNC machines and 3D printers in the future. If you have ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to share them. Print Settings: * Printer: Arhitect Volum3D * Rafts: Doesn't matter * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.3 * Infill: 30% Post-Printing Process: I sanded the button, applied acrylic putty, sanded again, and repeated this process twice more before applying a primer (two coats). Following that, I fine-sanded the button using wet sandpaper. This is just part one of the tutorial; I'll cover the rest in the second installment.
