To enhance compatibility on rods, this joint component features an internal taper allowing for easy sliding before tightening due to increased friction. The updated design includes a top opening for improved epoxy curing by exposure to air. It seamlessly pairs with another model (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8130) for a secure, wobble-free joint. Available in default 5/16" size or customizable using OpenSCAD for different rod diameters. For a permanent fit, simply apply epoxy through the opening. Celebrate by slipping it onto your rod and enjoying the result!
