Poltur XL X-axis mod

Human: direct replacement for current Prusa i3 style X-axis on my original Poltur XL design. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1792378 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1962561 This mod uses a 15x15 tube instead of the typical 8mm smooth rods. Over the last few days of use, it has shown numerous benefits over my original i3 setup. Quieter prints are now possible even at night. Faster movement speeds have allowed me to print parts in less time. Smoother operation has enabled more precise printing. Less wear and tear on the machine is evident due to the F608ZZ self-sealed and lubricating bearings used instead of LM8UU's. The 15x15 tube resists flexing, allowing for longer axis spans without compromising Z-height or print quality. Aesthetically pleasing, it matches the rest of my Poltur design perfectly. Quick-release extruder mounts are designed with two easy-access bolts and a pull-away carriage that makes maintenance simple and calibration risk-free. Three versions of extruder mount are available: mk7/8, e3d close range, and e3d long range. The 15x15 alu tubing used is the same as the rest of the Poltur frame. Additional notes: a centered Mk7/Mk8 extruder mount was added to utilize a 300mm heat bed fully. Printer settings: Printer: Poltur XL Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 30% Notes: All parts were printed in PLA, which works well and doesn't get close enough to hot surfaces to melt. The carriage was printed in ABS because that's what I had loaded into my other printer at the time.
