
Pololu MiniMaestro 12 Channel Enclosure

This enclosure fits snugly around the Pololu MiniMaestro 12 channel controller board, leaving about 1mm of clearance for easy installation. Mount points have also been added, making it simple to attach the board to other devices. The mount holes are a precise 3mm in diameter. Secure fastening is not necessary, as two 2.1mm pillars provide a sturdy hold on the board. Print Settings: Printer: HicTop 3DP-18 Rafts: No supports were used during printing. Supports: None needed for this specific project. Resolution: A high-resolution print of 0.1mm was achieved. Infill: The entire enclosure is fully infilled with 100% density. Notes: To create this enclosure, the Cura slicer and OctoPrint were utilized. Regular PLA 1.75 mm Red filament from AMZ3D was used for printing. A resolution of 0.1mm was selected, resulting in a print time of approximately 5 hours. For this particular project, no supports were required; however, the choice of support may depend on the specific filament being used. The print bed temperature was set to 60 degrees Celsius and covered with blue painters tape.
