This is a sturdy mounting bracket specifically designed for [these Pololu gearmotors](https://www.pololu.com/product/1125). These motors are an essential component in robots built for NCSU's "ECE 306: Introduction to Embedded Systems" class. The motors securely fit into the bracket, which then snugly fits into 1/8 inch laser-cut plywood for your project. Next, a zip tie ensures it remains firmly in place. It is crucial that the legs are shorter than the material thickness, otherwise the zip tie won't provide adequate security. There is an alternative model featuring half-length legs suitable for thinner materials. The mounting holes for the legs measure 6.35mm square and are spaced 25.4mm apart. They should be positioned 1.6mm from the edge of your material for optimal stability.
