Create a 100% printed brush for printer and workbench cleaning using MakaWare Version 2.1.0.61. Disable rafts, enable support structure, and set resolution at 0.27mm. First, print Bristles.stl until the first support layer is done; remove support structure, cut to desired height (40mm), and repeat 4-5 times. Next, print Poloh.stl with medium-resolution and support. Insert bristle support structures into brush holes, fuse or glue tops together. Finally, seal both parts together, optionally adding a 3mm magnet for magnetic attachment to the Replicator 2's frame.
