Poloh Blade Holder
thingiverse
I use this blade to scrape off rough sections on my 3D prints before sanding them down easily. It makes the process significantly simpler. I designed and printed this blade holder because it was more cost-effective than purchasing a metal unit, which would have been way overpriced. You can get these blades in bulk packs of five for just $15 each. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafting: No extra support material needed Supports: None required Resolution: Super fine details, set to 0.25 mm Infill Density: A moderate level of infill at 40% Notes: After printing, I gave the edges of the bottom section a quick sanding job to ensure a snug fit.
