Pollen Mobile Bumblebee DJI Air 2s Drone mount
thingiverse
This is a mount to attach a Pollen mobile Bumblebee mapper to a DJI Air 2s drone. It has an optional tube (proboscis) and clip for a fiber optic cable so you can see the mining light while flying in the evening. I used an audio fiber optic cable for the proboscis and hot glue the clip to the LED. I use aluminum rivets to hold the plate and mount together, but they can just be glued together. //// NOTICE- Fly with caution, do not use sport mode, descend and land slowly as there is more weight than the drone expects. Avoid aggressive maneuvers and flying in hot or windy conditions//// //// NOTICE2- Pollen does not endorse the use of drones anymore. Mapping the Pollen Mobile network in locations where legitimate coverage is not possible by standing on the ground or on a nearby structure could cause rewards could be suspended or devices banned. Also provided is the Fusion360 file if you want to remix or make adjustments. You will need this which attached to your air 2s drone and then these 3d printed parts slide into the slots on this device. You will have to take it apart and just keep the bracket. I might reproduce this part someday, so it is not needed. But its best to play it safe when you are flying a $600 mapper around on top of a drone. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GFXHCBB This is the battery I use to power the Bumbebee. I use velcro to hold it on top of BB. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072PPRPRN This is the buck converter I use to convert the LiPo battery to 5v USB-C https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B086KTGRH1
