I acquired some vintage Polks that were lacking a badge, so I opted for this solution as it's the next best thing. In the first image, you can see the printed badge on top with the original metal badge underneath. To achieve the desired look, it's essential to use a nozzle diameter of ≤0.3mm. As shown in the picture, 0.3mm will produce excellent results. However, if you use 0.4mm, the SDA text may become illegible. Initially, I attempted to print with gold, but unfortunately, the color turned out more yellow than expected. To rectify this, I used an espresso wood stain pen to darken the tone. Alternatively, you could print everything in black and then paint the top of the letters for a similar effect.
