This is a reed valve insert crafted specifically for a Polini 100cc Piaggio reed valve. The file includes two models: one featuring a 26mm intake and the other a 29mm intake. These parts were printed from nylon carbon, but standard nylon can also be used as an alternative. Before choosing a different material, it's crucial to verify that it's resistant to both oil and gasoline. (reed valve Polini Evolution P.R.E. 100cc for Piaggio Zip SP, Zip 2 SP) This reed valve insert was designed for my own 20hp 50cc billet race engine, but I'm eager to see where you'll use it! I'd love to receive feedback or results from your project and know if this insert has improved your engine's performance compared to the stock Polini reed valve stuffer.
