These replicas resemble an early ancestor of contemporary handcuffs, utilized in a production of _Arsenic & Old Lace_. A police officer would encircle these around a suspect's wrist and twist them tightly to inflict some pain and secure compliance. The STL is comprised of half the handle. Four duplicates are required to create one twister.
