General purpose rear trailer hitch for the Polet handcart. You can use it to attach and pull other things on wheels.It comes with 2 bottom plates, a small one and a bug one. You only need one. Can be mounted with 4 (or 5 for the large bottom plate) M4 x 6mm (DIN 912) bolts.
