I'm planning on swapping out my original Volvo rims. My current set is black, so I've opted for red/black printouts to match. To get started, you'll need to transfer the steel spring from your originals. The CAD design features a snap-off support for the cap, but it's been omitted in this version for convenience. For printing, I used raft and custom supports, which helped me achieve a diamond pattern and upright logo. In the latest iteration, I've also extruded some clearance into the steel spring to ensure a smoother fit.
