The wheel has a diameter of 76.5mm (including tire) and width of 10mm, similar to Pololu's 80x10mm wheels. Mounting holes are for 4-40 machine screws with horizontal spacing of 3/8" and vertical spacing of 16.5mm for the top and bottom, while the middle two holes have a 1/2" distance. The "D" shaped shaft hole is 3.0mm in diameter with a flat 1.0mm away from its center. For manufacturing, it is recommended to 3D print these wheels using the Poleel80x10mm.STL file if support material is available, or by printing one of each Poleel80x10mmTop.STL and Poleel80x10mmBottom.STL then gluing them together for those without support printing capabilities.
