Pole Mount Speaker Stand Knob

This is a replacement knob for IMAGE brand pole mount speaker tripod stands. You'll need the old knob to get the steel bolt that was molded inside the original one. The bolt in mine was a M6-1.0 x 60mm, completely threaded. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4z60Grn1ieI Print Settings: Printer: DP5 Infill: 90 Notes: I used PLA and it worked out nicely. Post-Printing: The part required some sanding to remove sharp edges, since it's a hand knob you don't want sharp edges. I cleaned up the opening for the bolt head and threads with some small files. The bolt head was heated with a heat gun and set firmly into place with a hammer and steel point to prevent it from coming out. How I Designed This: I totally designed this in Tinkercad by taking measurements from the original. A knob that's close is good enough, I'm not out to duplicate an injection molding machine.
