PolarPro Grip System Add-on
thingiverse
The PolarPro Grip System is an ergonomic handle that lets you get a firm grip on the Osmo Pocket just like holding a reflex camera. It also keeps your phone very safe while connected to the camera. To use it, you'll need a phone adapter. Then, simply slide the adapter into one of the cells in the Grip System handle to prevent losing it. Secure it with a piece of foam and you're done with the PolarPro accessory. For those who have a laser machine, all you need to do is create two nested rectangles: one 17x14mm and another 10x4mm at its center. To cut through 2.5cm thick foam using a CO² 50W machine, set your speed to 6mm/sec and power to 15%. This will allow you to cut the entire height of the foam plate in one pass, which is the same height as the cells in the Grip System. Position the laser head close enough to the foam so that the focus of the beam is near the middle of the foam's thickness. You'll find an included Lightburn file for this DIY project.
