Polaroid pack to 6x6 120 conversion

These parts help convert a Polaroid 100 series pack film camera to use 120 film in 6x6 format. If you get a 404 error when downloading the zip file, try clicking thing files and downloading the individual files. To use, you will need to drill out the guide hole in the base to 1/4". Be sure the knob shaft lines up with the spool drive adapter (with the receiving hole in it). The base is printed with close tolerances, so you may need to sand down the edges to make the pack fit inside the camera. Width should be 89.5mm. You will likely need to smooth out the U shaped spool adapter holders on the edges to allow the adapters to spin freely, which was the case with the base printed on an Ender 3 v2 at .2 resolution and a .4 nozzle. The back of the Polaroid camera should be plain (no development timer) and needs to be modified: removing the rollers, roller springs, a groove for the knob shaft filed, and a peep hole for the film counter drilled, as well as grooves cut for the film spool. This will permanently modify the back so it will not longer be able to use pack film. Details at on Instagram @hackaninstant. Alternatively, you can try printing the back here. It's experimental, but I've tested the fit on both plastic and metal bodied cameras and it seems to fit. When film spools are present in the film holder, the light seal lip on the left side may interfere with the left spool. If it does, file two slots corresponding to the spools to get it closed. It has not been tested with film for light leaks. I would suggest lining all mating surfaces with black craft foam, which is what I do for the normal modified back. Another note of caution: Don't snap the back closed! The locking mechanism is fragile, so always turn the locking arm on the camera to "open" when closing the back, then press the the back closed and release the locking arm. This will help prevent the locking tabs from breaking.
