Polaris 280 Wheel Nut Holder One of my Polaris 280 wheel fell off unexpectedly, prompting an online search for replacement parts at various pool supply stores. The required part, as shown in the attached picture, is only sold as part of the complete 280 Internal Frame on websites like Poolzoom.com. This part is called "Polaris K145" and costs $99. Instead of spending that amount, I designed a replica of the part using Blender software and printed it out. To assemble this custom part, you'll need two additional items: two 5mm stainless steel nuts and two matching screws. Simply insert the nuts into the printed part after it has been completed. To install the new nut holder, follow these steps: 1. Remove the old nut from its original position. 2. Insert the new nut into place, taking care to compress the printed part slightly if necessary for a smooth fit.
