Polaris wheel bearing grease tool
thingiverse
This bearing packer is incredibly simple to use. Just remove the wheel, take off the brake rotor, pull out the cotter pin from the end of the axle, unscrew the castle nut from the end of the axle, slide off the outer hub, and then insert a specialized tool. All that's needed is a standard thread (1/4"x28) straight grease zerk fitting. Simply apply gentle pressure towards the inner hub while greasing to fill the bearing packer perfectly.
