Edit 9/1/2019 Added a STL of the Paddle Wheel. I'm using it as a reference to make other items. I've been using the oversized idler for six months, printed solid out of ABS with no degradation from chlorine. The original one was fine, but my tires were getting thin and would slip driving the rear wheel. It would probably be too tight for new tires, but the files are provided so you can make the outer diameter the correct size. The bag quick release works well. I printed the full-size wheel but have never tried it. Looks like it would work fine. You need a printer that prints the correct size or the bearings won't fit. The files are included and it's easy to open them in Fusion and move the bearing holes in or out a hair. They need to be solid so they don't float. I printed a tire out of NinjaFlex and it worked, but it turned color in just a few days and I didn't print it solid, so it tended to float too much. One of these days I'm going to make a new wheel design using 608 ceramic bearings. Fusion360 files shared below.
