Polaris Float Connector Patch

Polaris Float Connector Patch

I managed to snap the float connector off my Polaris. Since it's an integral part that costs $20, I figured a makeshift repair would be much less hassle. Print two of the brackets flat on their sides for maximum stability. Instructions: 1. Clean up the break so that the connector now aligns with the crossbeams. 2. Remove the blue cover surrounding the connector. 3. Secure it with two brackets. 4. Cover the brackets with a sleeve. 5. Enlarge the hole in the blue cover to accommodate the connector. Notes: The brackets stick out more than I initially designed for. To improve fit, I smoothed out the inner curves of the brackets but wasn't successful, so they remain unchanged to avoid adhesion issues during the first layer. As a result, the sleeve is designed to match the dimensions of how the brackets sit on my Polaris. Your results may vary, so I've included the Fusion 360 file in case modifications are needed.
