People often struggle with removing the polaris adapter because it's difficult to get a good grip on it. The design of the adapter itself doesn't help, as the hole is intentionally made slightly smaller to ensure a tight fit and prevent it from coming loose while in use. The fact that the hole in the STL model is larger than shown in the pictures suggests that there may be some issues with the manufacturing process or design specifications.
