I've got a Polaris 180 pool cleaner, but the axles keep breaking on me, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and build one myself. This is the sand cover and axle combo, and it's been three months now without any issues - the axles still haven't broken yet. To make it easy to reuse the sand cover, I designed it as a separate part from the axle. The axle can be printed with 50% infill for added rigidity. ABS HOTEND 230 BED 100
