Polar printer v2

This is version 2 of the Polar printer at ERRF 2019. It's completely overhauled, with new software and hardware. Check out the instructions for a detailed BOM and step-by-step assembly guide. The only part that requires support is the Z slider. Pulleys are taken from a remix of something found here. Please note that the radial slider has been reimagined, unlike what's shown in pictures. Videos showcasing this new design will be available soon on my YouTube channel.
