Polar Drawbot for Makelangelo with batteries as counterweight
prusaprinters
This is a remix of few parts I needed to build my drawbot with https://github.com/MarginallyClever/Makelangelo-software and Marlin 2.0.9+ firmware. It uses LR 20 batteries as counter weight. I used all the parts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3169670 as a support mount for the stepper and printed endstop-left.stl and endstop-right.stl to fix the endstop just below the steppers. All the part of the pen holder, aka the gondola, are taken from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2494228 in combination with counterweight-4.stl Update feb 16: I have added a new version of the stepper mount with support for endstop. The right and the left have to be printed. Here a full build log on my website (in french) : https://www.mydiy.dev/realisations_drawbot.html Category: Robotics
