Hello everybody, I have these fantastic 5000-dollar value chips in size 88.5 x 3.3 x 64.5 mm - created exactly like playing card size. I wanted to buy these originally in the online accessory trade, but the ones offered were too expensive and also had no suitable size for my poker case. So I designed them myself. Due to the orientation of the playing card size, these chips fit perfectly into one of my playing card holders or alternatively into a regular card box. The chip is printed in 3 different layers of color - filament change during printing is required. My settings are as follows: Resolution: 0.1 mm Printing speed: 40 mm/s Infill type: grid Infill: 20% (if you don't want to see the infill through, choose 100%). The following runtime information serves as an orientation value if your settings are identical to mine. Alternatively, CURA can be used to enter individual scripts for filament changes at certain heights - but this does not work reliably for all printers: Proceed as follows: * Print color "A" until the layer height reaches 1mm (Duration approx. 43 minutes); Note that the 1mm layer may not be fully printed in color "a"! * Break for filament change; * Print color "B" >>> until the layer height reaches 2.3 mm (Duration approx. 42 minutes); * Break for filament change; * Print color "A" until the end of the runtime (Total duration approx. 2 hours 47 minutes). I wish you all a lot of fun and gaming luck. Supplement: Beveled with circumferential chamfers, it makes handling easier (pushing together undefined heaps into whole stacks). The color of the upper layers is different from specification that is given by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission - according to Wikipedia, this would be "gray".
