I required poker chips that could be effortlessly embossed (both positive and negative embossing) for an event I was assisting with. Based on sethmoser's original design for the initial suits around the rim, I resliced repeatedly to achieve a smoother outer edge, the desired depths, and to experiment with a full cutout design. The outcome is satisfactory. Printed flat, your results may differ significantly; I'm still fine-tuning my print settings. The die cuts can undoubtedly cause problems with adhesion, but when you manage to salvage a good print, the results are quite impressive. The effect of bridging can result in an attractive weave effect as seen on some of the maker photos.
