I envisioned Applin as an alternate Pokémon Quest iteration. Its appearance and abilities would likely be similar to those in the mainline games, but with a twist tailored specifically for the Pokémon Quest format. The Applin in Pokémon Quest would probably have the same characteristics as its standard counterpart, such as its Normal/Dragon-type dual typing, but it might also possess some unique features that are exclusive to this spin-off game.
