I saw someone else designed some team badges for Pokemon GO. The borders on theirs didn't sit right with me, so I decided to create my own, including my own custom borders. To achieve a realistic badge size, printing them at .7 scale is recommended, but the bigger the badge, the better the quality will be. All rights belong to Nintendo and Niantic. Printer Settings I used a Printrbot printer, specifically the Simple Black model. During the print process, rafts are not necessary, so it doesn't matter if you use them or not. The prints should be done without supports for best results. The resolution should be set between .1 and .3 mm for optimal quality. A 100% infill is ideal for the best possible print. Notes: Printing at .7 scale will give a more realistic badge size, but some quality might be sacrificed in the process. It's up to you to decide what works best! This design was created using SketchUp from images found online.
