Pokemon Go Plus watch-style case Wear your Pokemon Go Plus on your wrist more comfortably and less conspicuous with any regular 20mm or 22mm watch band. Two variants are available: a 38mm casing, for 20mm bands, and a 42mm casing, for 22mm bands. All the solidworks files are available - leave a comment and I will send you the files. REV 2: Originally, I chose to place the button off-center rather than enlarging the watch face. This is due to the non-circular shape of the Pokemon Go Plus PCB. The design now features a centered button location. PRINT SETTINGS Print the front face down for a smooth top surface, with supports enabled for better surface finish on the watch lugs. Printing without support may work for PLA with sufficient cooling as there is a 20 degree slope in the overhang area. Print the back facing down like a dome, with supports. A small layer height helps. I recommend using 0.1mm layers to get a smooth radius on the shell, and use a brim rather than a raft. Some printers may have trouble with the pins inside the case near the button hole. If so, just tear them off - they are not essential for a successful assembly. ASSEMBLY Disassemble your Pokemon Go Plus, remove the original PCB, battery, button, and button gasket. Throw everything else away - especially those stupid triangle screws! If you don't have the right screwdriver, file down a torx of suitable size to be a triangle... Install the PCB in the front half using the original button and rubber button gasket. Install the battery into the back half, then screw the case closed with 4mm self-tapping wood screws. It may help to affix the battery with some blu-tak for easier assembly. If you can't find suitable screws, use a small amount of superglue/hot glue and hold until dry. You will probably have to reprint the design if you want to change the battery.
