Pokemon Go Plus - Pokeball case
thingiverse
With the official Pokémon Go Pokéball release, I felt a little left out. But I wasn't thrilled with how small it was - I wanted something I could grip in my hands like a real Pokéball. The ball is roughly the size of a billiard or pool ball. Four printable parts come together to make this unique design: top, bottom, button, and black ring. Assembly is straightforward. The entire unit is held together with some paracord and friction. Bungie cord can also be used as an alternative. If you print the button out of clear filament, it should light pipe the LED. However, results may vary. To maximize lighting, I covered parts of the button with aluminum tape to act as a reflector. Ideally, a turned section of acrylic with a flame polish would be perfect, but that's not necessary.
