This is a badge I designed specifically for printing on the Ember 3D printer, which is a state-of-the-art SLA machine. The badge consists of press fit pieces that are expertly assembled without requiring any glue whatsoever. If you prefer to print using FDM technology, simply double the size of the design and it should still snap together seamlessly. However, make sure to print the top pieces upside down for optimal results. I also created another version of this badge with an embedded NFC chip that automatically launches Pokemon GO on my phone whenever I'm in close proximity.
