Pokemon Card/Deck Case

Pokemon Card/Deck Case

I made these boxes for my son. Dimensions are for cards with deck ultra clear thin protectors, and for total of 120 cards plus 1 tossing coin. You i also printed one for single deck height. Here is how i printed it as multicolor without MMU unit, and what i had to figure out. In case you know a better or easier solution please let me know.I printed this at 0.3mm. First layer will be 0.2mm and second will be 0.3 making 0.5mm. The inlay pokeballs are 0.5mm. I print the inlays first without any brim or skirt, leaving everything in place (clean the nozzle wipe plastic obviously). Then print the final lid part on top, supports should be disabled. To do this using PrusaSlicer, import the 3mf part, as multi part object. Then to print the lid, delete the Case first, keeping the rest as multi part object. Flip the lid so that the inlays lay on the bed. Then remove everything but one color, slice&export, then undo the remove, and remove everything but the next color. Slice&export.. and so on. This way all parts will stay registered. If this is confusing let me know i'll put up a more step by step instruction.
