Pokemon card box in Pokeball style
prusaprinters

I needed a small christmas present for the kids, so I whipped up this simple box in the style of a pokeball.

It is designed to hold about 64 sleeved cards and is therefore a bit large, but still works fine for unsleeved cards.

The container consists of three parts and can be easily printed in different colors, so no post processing needed if you have the right filament.

Print the cap twice. Use low temperature hot glue or epoxy to adhere the button to the center, and the center to the lower cap. There is an indent in the center part, so button alignment is easy. The upper cap holds on to the center with a nice friction fit.

I've printed this a handful of times in .3 layer height, and everything came out nicely.
