PokeFlask

This flask will help catch your favorite drink.\nYou'll need one cap, three pegs, and two of each shell, ring, and binder. Two central ring versions are provided - with or without a loop for clipping/hanging the flask. You'll also need a collapsible plastic bottle. Check Post-printing instructions!\nHolds approximately 200mL, or 7 fl. oz.\nPrint Settings\nRafts:\nNo\nSupports:\nYes\nInfill:\n25%\n\nPost-Printing\nTo complete the flask you will need a "Cruise Flask" brand collapsible plastic bottle. Other brands may work if they have the same spigot. I used a 16oz bottle and reduced its size using a clothes iron to create a more compact shape. See the pics.\nPush the pegs into the three holes on the center rings, and check that everything fits together before gluing. You might need to sand a little bit.\nI used CA (superglue-type) glue. First assemble each half (shell, ring, and binder). Take extra care to make sure the binder piece is placed so that its flat part is flush with the ring surface. Also glue the printed cap piece to the top of the twist cap. The final step is to get the plastic pouch in place and glue the two halves together.\nUse a clothes iron to seal off the back one-third of the pouch, and cut away extra plastic\nPinch together the corner farthest from the spout, which will create a three-point appearance. Seal off the points and cut away excess plastic.\nImmerse the plastic pouch in water to check for leaks before putting everything together.\nHow I Designed This\nDesigned in Fusion 360. I borrowed design ideas from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:411193, but made the files "from scratch." \nI have included the .f3d (Fusion 360) file. I'm not a pro, and the history/parameters are probably a mess...but may be helpful if you want to customize.
