Pokémon has been a part of many people's lives for as long as they can remember. As a Pokémon trainer, it is essential to be able to recognize all the different Pokémon that come your way. To make this easier, a Pokedex was created, which uses facial recognition technology to identify a Pokémon and provide its name, type, powers, and more. The Pokedex was designed using Solidworks software and printed on an Ultimaker 2 thanks to Mitchell Mu's help. When scaled down to the desired size, such as in the picture above with 5% infill, this intricate device can be printed in just eight hours. It is very easy to print and had no issues during printing. After removing all supports, this results in a fully functional assembly that can open, close, and turn. You can transform from an ordinary person to a Pokémon trainer overnight! This makes it perfect for last-minute props or gifts, such as an adorable stocking stuffer. Note: To secure the cover properly to the base, insert some glue into the slit where the two parts meet. This slit is located on the right side of the Pokedex base. The axle that rotates will have some support filament initially obstructing its rotation. Simply move the shaft around and the inner supports will easily break off, allowing for smooth rotation.
