Pokebox Card Holder The Pokebox has a hinged top with latch and release button that opens it. It will hold over 100 Pokémon cards inside its spacious interior. The box's dimensions measure 2.75" wide x 1.69" deep x 4" high. I designed the Pokebox as a birthday gift for my son, inspired by the idea of creating a card holder with the same design as a Poké Ball but in a cube shape that holds Pokémon cards. I had previously printed Intentional3D's Pokéball and was impressed with their design, so I adapted it into a cube shape to hold Pokémon cards. Instructions Printing the Pokebox is actually easier than printing the ball because the large pieces do not require supports since they are cubes and not spear-shaped. I have uploaded two versions of the lid: one piece that requires support underneath the latch with a 0.05" overhang, which might be possible to print without support; however, it's essential to get this right so the latch works properly. The two-piece version does not require support but needs the latch printed separately and glued onto the lid using alignment guides. After printing the required parts, assemble the ring and button between the top and bottom loops with a 0.75" long ballpoint pin spring behind the button and glue the rings together. Then, attach the loop assembly to the base using some 1.75mm diameter filament and glue it in place on both ends. There are alignment guides to ensure correct orientation.
