This is a modified hollowed out interior piece for the pokeball created by cycstudio found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2480288. Edit: 09-11-2019 - A problem with the Inner Top piece has been fixed, allowing it to lay flat on the build surface without manual adjustment. For some reason, Thingiverse is not uploading the new file when you download all files at once. Instead, click on Thing Files and download the individual file titled "Pokeball Inner Top Fixed" to get the updated version.
