Pokeball center ring cutter

My wife has asked me to design a cutter that will enable us to create pokeballs using Marzipan, with a focus on crafting the inner ring. To facilitate this process, I have created the center ring as a separate object, which can then be utilized to make a button. By sharing my findings here, maybe it will prove helpful to someone else in need of such a tool.
