Poitou donkey forelimb (UANT EQasi01301)
sketchfab
Human: A Poitou donkey's left forelimb skeleton, mirrored, is showcased here. The Equus africanus asinus specimen (UANT EQasi01301) comes from the FunMorph Lab at Universiteit Antwerpen and features elements colored to highlight forelimb anatomy. This scene was created by Jaim Gray of the oVert team. Pre-existing meshes were assembled, edited, and colored using Blender and Meshlab. The specimen passed away at Antwerp Zoo and was donated to Universiteit Antwerpen by Mr. Luc Tyteca from MuseOs Natuurhistorisch Museum in Belgium. He massetered and cleaned the bones. Original mesh models were generated by Jamie MacLaren using a laser surface scanner (Faro ScanArm Platinum V2 and Laser Point Probe). Data collection was funded by an FWO Scholarship, and original mesh files are available on morphsource at https://www.morphosource.org/Detail/MediaDetail/Show/media_id/18270
