PogoHolder

PogoHolder

thingiverse

This parameterized Holder is designed for Pogo Spring contact Pins, used in programming microprocessor boards and testing PCBs. It can be handheld, replacing the JTAG header to directly connect to PCB pads during programming. Customize it as needed; it may print best either way up depending on your design. Before use, solder wires to pogos and add thin heatshrink. Secure ends with epoxy or hotmelt. Never force pogo springs fully home, and consider extending with indexing pins. This holder now supports mechanical pins for jig indexing to PCB holes; updates include Zig-Zag rows and mechanical index pins from 7 May and 21 May 2012, respectively.
